Biesse
In 1971, the landscape of sofa and armchair offerings was splendidly complete: on the one hand, models from the great manufacturers and designers, then copies of antiques and good artisan upholsterers.
Biesse, a leading manufacturer of sofas, took advantage of an unexpected change in social behavior as an opportunity: in those years, new rules, including those of thinking about and living in the home, were being proposed by young people, eager to overcome the patterns adopted by those who had preceded them.
THE BRAT AND THE ARTIST
Later came advertising campaigns with images by Oliviero Toscani, products with ecological content, and a myriad of sofa beds that were always innovative both as a technique and as a suggestion for use.
For a world now satiated with products, the creative space has also been transformed.
It has broken down into numerous small and well-hidden niches: only by exploring them is one induced to discover new and surprising answers.
In a World dominated above all by rationality, the brat and the artist are indispensable presences: only they help us discover unexpected points of view, otherwise unknown opportunities capable of giving pleasant emotions.
To them the wish to always remain themselves.
